| Merlin's Magic Show
Merlin’s Magic – is a riotous, high energy, fun filled show that combines a little juggling, ventriloquism, slapstick, audience participation, lots of comedy and mind boggling illusions. How can he pour drink into that glass while it is floating there and did that bottle really come out of his shoe? One moment Merlin’s huge book is nothing but blank pages, then it is full of shells, then smells and finally the spells appear and the show can get under way. The drawing that comes to life is always a winner with children and teachers alike. How can the face he just drew become animated and look around the room, even talking to the kids?!?! Billy plays Merlin the master magician and Elizabeth is his mischievous elf-like apprentice. To begin with the apprentice is more of a hinderance than a help, but by the end of the show it’s hard to tell who is the master, as the apprentice has learned the trade very well. The show, which is delightfully underscored with music, some original, written and recorded by Billy, is guaranteed to have students and teachers talking, laughing and scratching their heads for weeks to come.
